A tree heritage that can withstand the climate

Plane trees lining avenues and squares, Aleppo pines and umbrella pines, holm oaks, hackberry trees: the trees of Occitanie shape the landscapes and provide shade for the cities. They are also subject to significant stresses, with increasingly prolonged droughts, episodes of violent winds, and, for plane trees, the threat of canker stain. Accurately assessing their condition allows us to preserve what can be saved and to intervene at the right time.

Our missions in Occitanie

Tree assessment — Complete observation of the tree and its environment, biomechanical reading according to the VTA method, reasoned and illustrated report.

Risk assessment — Calculation according to the QTRA method (registered user no. 11171), adapted to walkways, squares, schoolyards and roadside areas.

Tree value And compensation — For a development project, damage or the definition of compensatory measures.

Tree monitoring — Checks recorded in our application and recommendations updated over time. For municipalities, see also our page communities.

Planting design and renewal — Choosing species adapted to heat and drought to prepare the heritage of tomorrow.

How we organize missions

The firm is based in Angers. In the Occitanie region, we organize our work on dedicated days, which allows us to group visits and control travel costs. This approach is particularly well-suited to projects involving multiple trees (municipalities, parks, avenues, estates, public markets).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my plane tree affected by canker stain? — Only a careful examination, supplemented if necessary by laboratory analysis, can confirm it. Canker stain is subject to mandatory control measures: if in doubt, do not prune the tree or move any wood, and contact your local town hall or regional state services for information.

Do you take on single-tree assessments? — It's possible, but travel expenses will then significantly increase the cost. Contact us: we'll tell you frankly if our services are suitable for your needs.

Do you respond to public consultations? — Yes. We respond to consultations from local authorities with a technical proposal tailored to their assets.

In case of immediate danger? — Contact the emergency services first, then us for the assessment.
