Arboreal diagnosis, risk assessment and patrimonial valorization: reliable recommendations for owners, managers and communities.

An independent opinion to make an informed decision

A leaning tree, a branch fallen after a gust of wind, a fungus at the base of the trunk, a construction site encroaching on the roots: when faced with a tree, decisions are rarely simple. Should it be preserved, monitored, intervened, or, as a last resort, cut down? Arboriste & Co provides you with a well-reasoned answer, based on observation of the tree and on recognized methods.

Our firm is independent: we do not perform any work. Therefore, our recommendations are not influenced by any commercial interests. You remain free to entrust the work to the company of your choice, and we can then verify that it has been carried out in accordance with the report.

Our expertise

Tree assessment — Complete observation of the tree and its environment: health status, biomechanical analysis using the VTA method, site constraints. You will receive a clear, illustrated, and well-reasoned report.

Risk assessment — The observed defects are assessed using the QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment) method. The risk is quantified, compared to recognized thresholds, and not estimated "by eye." Anthony Jamet is a registered QTRA user under number 11171.

Tree value And compensation — Estimation of the heritage value of a tree using a recognized scale, for a development project, damage or the definition of compensation measures.

Tree monitoring — Each tree is located, its checks are recorded in our application and the recommendations evolve with it, year after year.

Planting design and renewal — Choice of species, study of the site and constraints so that the trees planted today become the heritage of tomorrow.

One method: the Matrice Arboricole®

Each mission follows the same process: observe, analyze, decide. The Matrice Arboricole® combines criteria gathered in the field, from diagnosis and risk assessment to recommendations and follow-up. The result: justifiable decisions that you can present to an insurer, a municipal council, a condominium association, or a neighbor.

For whom?

Individuals — A tree worries you, a neighbor is wondering, you want to know if it really needs to be cut down: we come to observe the tree and explain what we see, simply.

Condominiums, property managers and administrators — You are responsible for trees in shared spaces: we draw up an inventory, prioritize the risks and propose a multi-year management plan.

Local authorities — Inventory, diagnosis, risk assessment and monitoring of the municipal tree heritage, with reports usable by your technical services and your elected officials.

Companies and project owners — Before or during a construction project: diagnosis of existing trees, protection, assessment of value and compensation.

What happens during a mission?

  1. First exchange — You describe the situation to us by phone or via the form; you can attach photos.
  2. Proposal — We will send you a detailed, no-obligation quote.
  3. Site visit — Observation of the tree, its environment and, if necessary, additional measures.
  4. Report — You will receive a detailed report with prioritized recommendations, accessible from your customer area.
  5. Follow up — If you wish, we will schedule the following checks and verify that the interventions have been carried out correctly.
